Access issue in promoting LCM job - SAP BOXI 3.1

We have upgraded Tomcat in Unix server to version Tomcat 7. When we tried to promote a job in LCM, .lcmbiar file has been created in tomcat temp folder.(/opt/app.....runtime/private/temp). When we test promote, the job gets failed with the error message "AccessControlException:"java.io.FilePermission /opt/app....private/temp/xxxxxxxxxx.lcmbiar",delete" and gets deleted in tomcat temp folder. We are facing above issue and the promotion gets failed with access control exception. :-(

Any help on this to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated !!!

    This location

    /opt/app....private/temp/

doesn't look like tomcat temp location at all. It looks like a temp location for the application or user that is running tomcat.

Job fails because, most likely, the job server doesn't have permission to it. (account that runs SIA doesn't).
