Communication Error : Could not retrieve data

Hi all,

I'm displaying the output of an BI query in a table in visual composer. The BI query which i'm using has a replacement path link with another query.

If i execute it in VC its taking around 2 min. and finally it gives the following error,

"Communication Error : Could not retrieve data"

I tried increasing the max. no. of rows also. When i execute the same query in BI it takes around 10sec. to exectue.

Kindly let me know if there is any solution for it.

Hi ,

Seems to be Permissions, you can check with an HTTP Trace what's going on there....

Thanks for the reply.

There was no problem with the permissions. We followed the instructions from Note 979583. We removed the most of the filters from visual composer and filtered it at the BI query level.

It solved our problem.
