Can we change SC in BBP_MON_SC

Hi All,

Please advise can we change shopping cart using transaction BBP_MON_SC. I can see "Delete", "Details" and "Create Follow on documents" buttons, but i am not able to see "Change" button. My shopping cart is in "Awaiting Approval" status.

Hello Kamal

Go to Check status and click your detail sc and look at the bottom of sc screen close the follow on documrnt folder and you may get CHANGE button at the bottom of the screen under additional specifications. Hope now you can change the sc. The cart is editable since your sc status is awaiting for approval.

Thanks Muthu. I can do the changes through check status. I want to change the shopping cart of other users using transaction BBP_MON_SC.

Hi Kamal,

the function you described is not possible within the standard.

In the Monitor Shopping Cart you can not change SC's of others, only the deletion is possible (the possibility of the deletion also depends on the SC status).

There is only one exception:

SC's with the status "I1112 Error in transmission" be changed by administrator for the reason, that the error can be corrected.

Hi

You cannot change other shopping carts of other once they have ordered. You can only change the SC of any before it is order.

For this you need a minimum SPC roles to your profile.
