J2EE_ADMIN login authentication failed everyday

Hi,

I went to http://host:port/nwa and log in with j2ee_admin. it says authentication failed though we did not change the password before.

I went to config tool, key storage,... to reset password for j2ee_admin and then sync it with j2ee_admin in ABAP end. restart j2ee. It worked. I could log in.

however it happened again this morning. I can't log in with j2ee_admin with error "authentication failed" in http://host:port/nwa or any portal login. I can't reset password and restart j2ee everyday. I want to fix this error.

what could be wrong?

George

    I got

    ************************************

    when I go to http://host:<j2ee port>/index.html

    I am fine.

    when I go to

    http://host: /logon/logonServlet?redirectURL=/webdynpro/dispatcher/ sap.com/tc lmwebadminmainframewd/WebAdminApp

    this is the login screen.

I try my j2ee_admin user name and password

I failed with error "user authentication error".

    update:

user authentication error is the derived result of java iview runtime error.

when I restart j2ee engine, this user authentication error disappears. I can log in. I do NOT need to do anything in config tool.

I suspect this is the memory problem. I am reading note 723909 and will update here.
