Report Footer Appears in Middle of page

My report has 4 page footers. The Report Footer appears on the last page - but in the middle of page about the page footer. I would like it at the bottom. All help is welcomed. Thank you!

This was pretty good information, but what if you are dealing with a form ?

I am trying to print a Terms and Conditions pdf document, so have inserted a subreport into an additional Group Header, but the PO totals print in the middle of the page. If I insert the subreport into the Page Footer, it does not print the pdf document (only a small portion)

In the design mode right click on the report footer section and go to section expert and check the option "Print at the bottom of the page"

As per crystal design the report footer will be printed before page footer. So Try inserting one more page footer at last and move the objects from report footer to page footer and use the suppress condition for the last page footer section like this
