Hi,

1 You will need to create a ICWC profile first then assign it to your position or org unit in ppoma_crm

2. your Org unit or position should have a bp assigned to it with your user id then opnly you will be able to see the ICWC profile

3. Maintain your IP in the host settings

4. Java 1.4.2 or above

Once done you will be able to see the ICWC

Hello,

Enter transaction CRM_IC in sapgui and the webclient will launch....

Of course you need to be assigned to a WebClient role in PPOMA_CRM.
