PO Workflow

Hi,

When we create a New PO, workflow is getting triggered. But when you are changing a existing PO, the workflow is not triggering. What could be reason for this?

hi,

did you use the changebility indicator (In release indicators) for the changes allowed and which could be again released...If this indicator is not set, then the changes will not be taken into consideration and the so only no workflow will be hit...

pls check..

i'm working on po workflow, where i have did alll custoomization, but not able to see any mail in SBWP.. pls guide me ... ur inputs is hihgly appreciable.

Along with above checking, also check whether workflow is configured to trigger for the PO change.

T code is SWDD

Hi

In workflow design assign users in general task.

Then in release strategy assign workflow ID(users).
