Pallete Tracking

Dear All,

Im working in the Auto Ancillery Co. in our Case we are sending the Material in the Pallets.

we are looking for the Pallet tracking process. please help us how to map/run the scenario for the same.

here we want to delivered the pallets & Empty palltes will come back to uis, through this we want to track the same.

please suggest for the same.

Hai,

Please go for the casewise and Pallet wise tracking with the help of barcode scanners.

Here is the examples follows,

1.) Initially you will be packing all the final parts with the MOQ and seal the packing.Here generate a unique barcode for collecting all the cases for one particlular pallet.(Use ztabel for storing the caseswise palletwise part numbers against the delivery)

2.) Then with the help of these cases generate a unique sets of serial numbers for collective pallets using the case number barcode

If you scan the case barcode it will list the parts packed against each of the cases.

If you sacn the pallets barcode it will list the cases which are all packed

Finally with the help of RFID barcode you can pack all the listed parts gainst the delivery and then we can track the each pallets before reaches the customer

I think you can go for palletaziation concept with empties handling. This will server your purpose.

Pallet is trated as a Packing Material it's value is not geting changed.

I have find out the saolution for the same.

THis requires few Customization.

Dear Rahul.

will you please know me how you have done this, i too have to do teh same now in the implimentation.

we have pallets which will be sent with the material to customers & come back for re-loading. how to track this

when you do the delivery the new pallets will be send out , when these pallets are returned receive it with different value.

There should be two valuation classes

1. for new pallets

2. for old pallets.
