Linking of default taxes and discounts to BP

i want to link default tax codes and discounts to the BPs.From where i can do so?any temp available for this?

For default discount, you probably need to check special price for BP.

Is this BP a Vendor or Customer? Just assume it is a customer, you can set up Payment Term for total discount percentage.

it could be any thing cust or vend.my main motive is to allot a discount %ge to a BP so that during any marketing doc.the discount could come automaticaly and is to be editable.will it come infront of item or at the footer of marketting doc?

I don't think it is possible in out of the box function. You may get it by add-on or SDK.
