EAM Log Sync Job running continuosly forever

Hi Folks,

We have different landscapes connected to our GRC system and the EAM log sync job for 1 of the landscape is continuously running and never ending for 1 EAM session only. Authorization and repository sync jobs for the same landscape systems are running successfully.

We are on GRC 10.0 SP21 and target system is on GRC Plugin V1000_730 SP13.

Please let us know if anyone had faced issues like this and the solution to rectify this.

Our issue has been resolved by creating index on table CDHDR in target system. This solution may help others to resolve their issue.

Please check and implement the below note for solution

2194586 - AC 10.X EAM : 'Update Logreport' giving dump due to invalid connectors and job not running for rest of connectors if it fails for one connector
