VA05 List of sales orders

Hi Gurus,

we need a report showing ship to party number and address details in VA05 list, iam not able to see that field in variants as well. how to add this field in the list to view everytime we run VA05.

Dear Naga,

You may do some customization in your existing report - VA05, to include details:

Ship-to-Party -

Table: VBPA

Partner Function: PARVW

Partner Number: SH

Field: KUNNR

Feld: ADRNR

Use T-Code: Va05n

and in the Change layouts add the feilds and Save the layout as User Setting or Default Client Level setting

Next Time When you generate the report the Layouts will be applied automatically

In case of Customized reports :

USE SQVI and Put the Table KNA1 and VBAK or VBAP Join then

Use the Selectioon Lists and the o/p Lists

to Get the report

Dear Naga,

Try this,

We can assign ship-to party pratner function to VA05 selection screen through this IMG path.

IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales>Lists>Set Updating Of Partner Index

Click on new entries

Transaction group "0", partner function "SH" and save it.

Now you Go to VA05 T.Code, click on partner functions tab. you will get pop-up window. choose "SH" and press enter

You will get ship-to party filed in selection screen.

Now you can get the sales orders list for the Ship to party
