Department in Payslip

Dear All,

As per our confiuration we are showing department in payslip ( which is Sub Organizational unit in term of sap) it is working fine for others but for some employees it is showing position instead of Organizational unit in payslip.

I have seen the data of employee as well as PPOME also but nothing found wrong.

Please help

once check that one useing PP01

and later check with ur ABAPER if in case if ur useing SMART FORMS

Thanks for quick reply. In PP01 i have checked that there is two entries for one object id with two different periods.

In payslip it is picking old one. Two Entries are like that :

1. Organizational unit HT EDITORIAL HT EDITORIAL

Planning Status Active

Validity 28.11.1972 to 31.12.9999

Object abbr. HT EDITORIAL

Object name HT EDITORIAL

Language Key English

2. Organizational unit HT EDITORIAL HT EDITORIAL

Planning Status Active

Validity 01.01.1900 to 27.11.1972

Object abbr. ASST ED

Object name ASSISTANT EDITOR

Language Key English

system is picking second one in payslip.
