Attribute List in WEB UI....(CRM 2007)

Hi Friends,

I am not able to assign marketing attributes to the business partners, as how we used to do it in SAP Easy Access. I had gone through the building blocks, where there is a mention of the assignment only in the BP master data. Is there a way out?

I am not able to create attibute list in WEB UI. Is it possible to create or not?

Kindly help me out.
