Analytics ic

Hi All,

I want to do performance analytics, but there is no cti integration So am trying to with uploading file

by sapeasy access- interaction center- upload interaction statistics.

But i dont know the file structure for header file and item file.

Can anyone give me the sample file for both header and item level.
