Uploading / downloading tab delimited file to CRM Server

Hello Experts,

I am trying to find out the transaction to upload tab delimited file to the CRM server, but couldnt Do so. I tried to use CG3Z this doesnt work. can some one tell me what is transaction to upload file to Application server in CRM?
