How to avoid import queue adjustment?

Hello All,

A customer performed a client export. As the data were too large, he used a symbolic link file(seems like a function of Solaris, performed by ln -s) to do the export. Then they copied the data by ftp and deleted the link file.

But afterwards, when he tried to import the transport request, an import queue adjustment is needed. But the adjustment said that it could not find the link file and failed to finish.

I've confirmed with him that data files and cofiles are in right position, and tried to delete the request -> re-add it but still can't avoid the queue adjustment. Is there any method to avoid it?

(Now the data file/cofile size is same with the source system, so we think if it could be avoided the import would be proceeeded successfully. )

Could you please suggest any method under this situation?

Best Regards,

Robin
