Conditions from contract to PO

Hello,

I want to create some HEADER conditions in a contract. This condition is a PERCENTAGE condition.

So i want for example when the release order is from 10-20 euro to have discount 5%, from 21-50, 7% etc.

What is the appropriate customiizng for that?
