Cannot fetch more than 500 rows in dynamic drop down list using BI query.

Hi,

I have a dynamic drop down list that i created based on the BI query. The issue i am facing is, this dynamic drop down is bringing 500 rows. Can any one help me to fetch more than 500 rows.

Did you try setting the MAX ROWS columns (right click on the BW Query->configure element) for the Query you are importing? By defult it is set to 500.

Sorry, I don't see the MAX ROWS is this on the control properties of the BI query? Or somewhere else.

As i said, select the query that you have dragged into the Design Tab. right click on the query and choose Configure Element. Now on the right hand side you will see the Configure Element section where it will show the BW Query Name and MAX ROWS input field too. Note: this applies to BW queries only. Not R3 RFCs.
