Hi experts,
Can you please help me solve this specific problem:
Background:
All necessary settings in place, as guided by SAP as well as HP.
But, when I try connecting a project from SolMan to an 'enabled' Project in HP, I get the following error:
-
SOAP:1,023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED")
Exception of class CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT
-
Preliminary diagnosis:
(1) In terms of SAP Note, came across 1180797 but it does not seem to relate to this problem.
(2) The other possible diagnosis is that the Logical Port mentioned in LPCONFIG transaction, for proxy class CO_AGS_MQC_SMBLUEPRINT_HANDLER, as per configuration guide document is:
http://qcserver's IP address:8070/SMToQCIntegration/SMBlueprintHandler?wsdl
However, if I copied + pasted this in internet explorer, and execute, I get to see in the last few lines that QC keeps pointing to port 8080 by default instead of using 8070.
Questions:
(1) Any corrective notes or missing config ?
(2) If it's got to do with port, within QC, how can I change the default port to 8070 and thus prevent it from deflecting to 8080 all the time.
Many thanks in advance.
Srini
I do not know what level of QC, the adapter, or Solution Manager you are on, but I recently learned that applying SolMan SP20 "breaks" the adapter. You need to upgrade both QC and the adapter for it to work with SolMan again.

Hi All
I've error on
404Not Found http://<server>:9080/EIServer/SMBlueprintHandler?wsdl"
When I paste address on IE is not working. Can you help on how I can setup on QC Server side?
I've install EIM for SAP2.5 QC10 Patch16 and use WebSpehere for deployment tool.
I am encountering the exact same problem and wonder if you've found resolution? and if so can you be willing to share? thank you!!
