User Exit on MD01 / MD02

Hi,

I am looking a user exit on MD01 or MD02.

My requirement is that my batch size of the product is 100Kg. if the requirement comes more than 50 only i want to get Planned Order.

In short Stock is 0 and I have given PIR for 100. When i run the MRP Planned Order gets generated for 100. Planned Order -> Prod Order -> GI -> Cnf -> GR for 90.

When i do GR for 90. My stock has come to 90Kg.

Again if i run the MRP Planned order is getting generated for 10Kg (Balance Qty) if the lot size is EX. if the minimum lot size is 50, planned order for 50 will be generated. Which i dont want. System should not consider the requirement as Demand.

When MRP run system will do net calculation. When it does the netting if the net Quantity is more than 50. Then only system should consider the particular material for MRP.

If any one have the user exit / Enhancement with coding, Please suggest

Thanks

Nag

    Hi,

You can have the desired exit by following way :

Go to SMOD ---> Select F4 help -> Select SAP Component option-> Select component as PP- MRP and try to search required exit.

    HOpe this helps.

    Regards,

It would be very difficult for you to achieve this via user exit.

Check for underdelivery tolerance in the PO and make it as 0% . In that case if you had done the GR for 90, system will leave a PO open for 10 and no Planned order will be created.

If this not acceptable, you may have use reorder point with external demand considered and set the reorder point above 50.

      cheers
