Complaints / rejections in vendor evaluation

Hi all,

In Vendor evalaution all the sub criterias score is updating but Complaints/rejections score is not updating .QM module is also there .

process done:

-Created GR IR inspection lot.

-In QA32 first i clicked the result tab.

-Rejected the lot.

-Selected Defected edit mode & created the notification

-usage decision has done & rejected the lot.

- ME61 updated

As per my knowledge system has to allot atleast 1 point as score but it is showing the score.

Pls clarify me how to update the complaints/rej sub criteria
