Send email to Message Creator when Support Message status is changed

Hi ,

I am Using the Transaction Type: ZSLF (Copy of SLFN Transaction Type) for service desk support message

Text Det. Procedure : SLFN0001

Partner Det. Procedure : SLFN0001

Status Profile : ZSLFN1 ( which has status Open, Accepted, Rejected, Fixed, Retest and Closed)

Date Profile : SLFN_HEADER

Action Profile : SLFN0001_ADVANCED

Now i perfomed the steps mentioned in the blog Link:[] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken];

i have given the condition as &CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0005ZSLFN1 which is status Retest. The message creator should get an email when the status is changed to Retest.


when the message status is changed from Open to Retest.

under the Transaction Data>>Action Tab :

The action is in Red Status; when i select it and click on details , the status shows RED with message

incorrectly processed.

In the same details window i can see two entries for Processing Type . one has MAI and other has mail in the cell contect.

Please suggest

    Hi Pradeep,

    Have you given the partner function tick in the action?

    Have you activated the smartform?

    Please check and tell.

      Hi Raghu,

      The Processing Type is only one in the Action Definition. it is "Smart Form Mail"

      but in the support message action tab.. when i select the error message and click on details

      i see two. there is no option to delete it here 😔
