Phase quantity is not as per the previous phase quantity

Dear Friends,

I created a process order for for a quantity of 100. In this process order I am 4 phases. I partially confirmed the first phase for a quantity of 10 only. Then for the next phase system should propose 10 quantity only. But in my case system is proposing the total 100 quantity. Please let me know .. how can we control this. System should propose succeding phase quantity... by default as previous phase quantity only. It should not propose the total quantity. Please let me know... how can we do it???

in that operation sequence set as error when operation sequence is not adhered to

i also tried for that but qty. is coming fully during goods reciept & also for next operation if partially confirmation is there.

But if I will give 50% qty. in scrap for last operation then GR qty. is coming only rest of available qty.

If i will give 50 % qty as a scrap in operation no. 01 even though in operation no. 02 during confirmation full qty. is coming for confirmation.

Dear Friend,

For this you have to define relation between those Phases.Which Should be either FS (Finish - Start) or SS type.

If you have not define it then first define it.

Now during Confirmation as per system standard SAP functionality system will propose Order qty. first during Confirmation.But you will find the Confirm yield of predecessor phase during Confirmation of succesor phase by below method.

- Go to COR6N. select Order and Phase No.

- Press Actual Data tab.

- And then Press Enter.

- Again press Actual Data Tab and see what happen.

I tried the same... but system is not proposing the quantities of the phase as per the predecessor confirmation quantity. Always it is proposing the total not confirmed quantity only. Even I tried by pressing the actual data. Please note that I already maintained the relationships.

- In Confirmation Screen.after selecting order and Phase no. Press Actual Data Tab.

- Press Enter.

- Again Press Actual Data Tab.

Dear Dhaval,

I did the same thing. Still it is not proposing as per the predecessor operation confirmation quantity.

I created a order for 100 quantity. it is having two phases 11 & 21. I have maintained the relationship as .. 11 is predecessor for 21.

After this I confirmed a quantity of 10 for the phase 11.

Then I selected order number and phase number as 21. System proposed the total quantity 100. I pressed the button Actual quantity and then pressed enter. After this again I pressed the Actual quantity button again... but system is not proposing as per the predecessor quantity.

Strange.

I have checked it, and there is no configuration behind it.It comes by default.

Do check it again by selecting Personnel no. (Instead of Enter) and then again press Actual Data tab again.

I also tried & i also faced the same problem initial. But i got the earlier phase confirmed qty.

You just follow the below steps & for that no configuration is required.

After maintaining the relation ship you go to COR6N.

1. Enter Order & Phase & Press Actual Data tab. It will give you a order qty. not as per ur previously confirmed phase qty.

2. Delete the qty of yield for this phase & enter.

3. Again press actual data tab. This time u will get the same qty. what u confirmed in earliear phase.

I hope u will get the right qty.
