Crystal Enterprise Server X CD key recovery

Hi All,

I have called SAP customer support and jumped through all the hoops and ended up being told to try here.

I have a server that is about to die, and we have purchased and installed new server hardware to replace the old one. I have found that there is no documentation to be found anywhere on site (I have just taken over running the IT for this client).

I will need the installation keys for installing Crystal Enterprise X. The Key on the media is trial only. I know that this software is legit, but SAP customer service can not find any details on the company name (previous or current).

My question is: Is there a way to extract the details from the currently working server and apply to the new server so I can migrate everything across.

I have used such tools as key finder, and I was hoping that there was something similar that I chould use to extract the data?
