Preview CE7.1 ehp1, Service Registry Preference Screen in NWDS

Hi there,

has anybody been able to define the ESWorkplace UDDI service repository in NWDS. It appears that the Services registry perspective is missing the UDDI Service entry fields. I am trying to follow this document https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c02f408d-7d72-2a10-5790-e268ec4d94ef and fail at Page 3. Any help or suggestions would be appraciated. By the way NWDS as well as SAP Netweaver CE work both fine. It might be that this functionality was not included in the preview. If anybody could check this on their Preview environment that would be great.

Thanks. Dieter

    Hi,

Page 3 describes how one enters SAP service registry details to connect to sr.esworkplace.sap.com from NWDS. Please open the document from the link provided go to table of contents and select "Configure the Location of the Service Registry in NetWeaver Developer Studio". Page down to page 3.

The EhP1 preview version does not include the Service Registry. It's just a demo to show the Process and Rules Composer.

If you have another running you can connect to that of course (for example on a PI 7.1 machine).

    hi,

Can you provide where exactly you failed in the document. You said page 3, nothing is there on that page.

    Thanks
