Use ST03N --> Service Engineer- user profile.

You can find all the transaction executed by a user

Dear Anuj ,

Try sm20 t-code , in which you have to enter from which date to which date you required report.

In selection criteria enter user's logon name and press enter.

It will display date time , machine name , t-code.

Before this you have to activate security audit by using sm19.

Dear Anuj ,

You have to activate it for both the Application servers , and save it.

Go to transaction ST03 or ST03N --> workload >> select correct server >> double click on the day/month/week.

Then you will be able to see the analysis view for that particular day/week/month. Select "user and settlement stats" >> "user profile" .

You will get the list of users who accessed the system on that particular day/week/month according to your selection. Then double click on the user to get the transaction he accessed during that period..! Thats it!!

Hope this helps..

Cheers.

it depends on the log retention on your server. I dont think you can delete this entry alone.

you cannot delete this entry easily. but you can delete all stats if you want.

top delete ALL stats, you can delete files from D:\usr\sap\PRD\DVEBMGS00\data

...but... this must be done when SAP is down.
