Printer Options button not displayed

I'm using Crystal Reports Release 2 and recently upgraded to Windows Vista. When accessing FILE > PAGE SETUP, the printer option button is omitted?

How and why is this feature not turned on?

Is anyone able to help me with this problem as it remains quite puzzling?

The Printer Options button is still not displayed and installation of printer driver software did not help.

Any suggestions?

I never experienced this problem whilst using Window XP but this only occured after I upgraded to Windows Vista.

Check whether "No Printer" option is checked in the page setup.

Also try installing some printer software in the machine and see whether the printer button is enabled after installing printer drivers.

Hey Raghavendra,

We are using Crystal Report version XI release 2.

We don't have extra printer software on Vista, we just use standard drivers with our network printers.

Usually we setup share printers on our Print Sharing Server (Windows server), then the clients connect to the network printers to print.

This problem is happening on all Vista machines no matter it's local printer or network printer.

Please help anybody...Please!!!

Do you have printer software installed in your machine? If not please try to install printer software.
