How To Test ADS is running or not using web dynpro Java

Hi All,

Is there any way to test the ADS using web dynpro coding ?

I have developed one application using adobe form, If ADS is working fine the application also works fine.

If the ADS is Down i need to show some error message to user.how can i do that in web dynpro java.

In ABAP we have programs called FP_PDF_TEST_00 the same think i need in java side.

How can test the ADS using web dynpro java coding?

hi,

i am not confident on this solution ... I think there is a webservice for the ADS call that webservice in webdynpro for java and check the response for your input.

Please check the following document it is explaining how to check the ADS configuration in Webservice navigator in the same way you do the coding in webdynpro for java ....
