Permit Display in Order Header

Hi,

I hd assigned 1 permit in ordre. Now client want to see detail of perimit or what permit type is assigned or permit is assigned in order or not all thsi type of data in order header.

I tried it through user status but i not get any bussiness system status through which user status automatically update.

Plz help to resolve the issue.
