    Hi Sarmistha,

What is the purpose behind this? You already have the option of differentiating the workitems Based on task and also some other options.

Expand the workflow in your SAP Inbox and go through the different folder options for work items.

      Hi Experts ,

Thanks for replying . Yah this requirement seems some how impossible to achieve , but customer wants this . They dont want to group the workitems based on the task under the Workflow tab of SAP Inbox . They want separate forlders so that manuall they can move any workitem to any folder .

I understand SAP might not have provided this functionality as workitems are the User interaction activities , they are not to be stored in any folder . But considering the customer's requirement i need some guidance if any body knows any thing how to achieve this .

      Thanks

      Sarmistha
