hi friends..

i have not maintained any release strategy for RFQ's, but when i create rfq in t-code ME41, after saving, when i want to print the document, i am getting an error purchasing doc is not found, finally i came to know it was not been released, i dont know with out maintaining release strategy how it is asking to release the doc...

can any one help...

Hi,

Goto ME42 enter RFQ number, In MENU>header>release strategy to check whether this document is subject to release strategy or not. If yes in same screen you have release flag to release the document.

To print the document goto ME9A, enter document number and other information and execute. Select the line In MENU list choose print option.

hi friends..

my issue is, i have not maintained any release strategy for RFQ's, but i have maintained release strategy for PO's, when rfq is created with t-code, it is asking for release with same group and code created for PO's, can any one rectify my issue...
