How to confirm the userid sdm_admin user -

I was installed SolMan 7.0 including SMD (solman diagnostics)

Unfortunately it would not start and remain in yellow state

SO I have uninstalled SMD and am trying to reinstall as follow

I choose to install with NO SLD

I am at the step to confirm sdm_admin user, I can see this user in computer mngt studio in the adminstrator group as an AD account, however , and I am pretty sure on the password, but the install comes up as incorrect password, and to go to the config to confirm this ...

Does anyone know how to overcome this issue?

Is it possible to provide the information of type 2 as per note 1076573 and/or sapinst logs?

I have just completed the install of SMD, basically accepted a new userid and password (no SLD) and the install completed successfully in under 5mins.

I was mis-intreprutting the errors.

I would however like to know some pointers on what part SMD will play within SolMan

Any tips and advise will surely be appreciated
