Updating data to a table from excel

Hi friends,

We have a requirement where we need to update the data from a excel sheet to a table by running a macro in the excel.The macro should call a function module and the data entered shld get updated to a table.Each time we run a macro the data shld get updated.

Please provide me your valuable inputs.
