I downloaded a trial version 5 days ago and was unable to get it to run. I followed the instructions and what I get when I fire it up is a blue screen which is absolutely dead in terms of cursor control or function keys. In order to close this task, I need to do it through the task manager which shows it running. Clicking the tab to close it doesn't provide any options at all.
I then uninstalled the product, removed it from the system and downloaded it again under a different email id as the system did not allow me to re-download with the same email id. I re-installed it again and the same results occured.
I went to the forum address supplied me in the email but found out today by talking to one of your sales reps that the address given was incorrect. Now that I'm finally where I need to be, I hope that someone can help me with installing this product so that I can evaluate it for the Department of Administration of the State of Arizona.
