In workflow only some of agent unable to execute the rule what is authorization missing

when ever some agent are executing workflow, it is going error status, during agent determination in decision step i am using RULE, agents are picked due to authorization issue , but workflow developer have all the access so it is working fine with his user id.

Hi,

You have to create new responsibilities based on your rule container, also check binding from workflow container to rule container.
In production you can change responsibilities with transaction OOCU_RESP.

Then check the code used the the TASK method, Is there anything Authorisation code written , which is failing ?

Hi Anjan, No authorization object is used in the code (task method )

it is purely authorization issue, agent is not determined during rule execution only ..

When i am executing SU53 it is showing SWIA authorization failed, but our basis-team is not willing to give SWIA to user.

hi,

Simplest way to find it to , ask user to execute SU53, and ask to basis sharing scrrenshot for find out missing authorisations.
