Updating the CIM model (HOW)

Dear Experts,

There was a problem with the installation of Netweaver DI 7.0, whereby the SMD instance didnot start up. Later I found out in note 1108852 that CIM model has to be updated to 1.5.26 or above.

Can you guys please give some ideas on how can I do the update of CIM model?

I want to know where can I get it and how I can update it.
