Error in transporting doculink into sap

Hi folks,

For transporting doculink into sap in the prerequiste steps--copying doculink files into data,coffiles directory.

and in command prompt if we are transporting the file,it is throwing error as " Highest internal tp error 0212"

please help as soon as possible.
