Dear DP experts,
let's say, we have only one plant as 9ALOCNO (delivering location). Transportation time is very long and can be several months. While loading sales orders for that plant it seems natural to choose the material availability date on the sales orders as basis for planning. Later on, transferring planning results to SNP, there will be the consistent picture for requirements with regard to date. But imagine, the sales manager wants to have a look at the demand plan to discuss it with the client and possibly to make a correction in the plan. They should probably operate on the basis of delivery date at the customer location that is shifted from the material availability date by transportation time and loading time. Note that in the demand history both dates are present. Is there any possibilty in demand planning to have a double view of the plan (based on the material availability date and on the delivery date at the customer location)? I would appreciate any advice on that topic,
Best regards
Vladimir
