PS Documents & Drawings - Restrictions

Hi experts,

I would like to know the following;

1. Any restrictions of memory size on addition of documents and drawings (from CAD or PRO/E) to the network activities in PS.

2. Where is the data getting saved exactly?

3. Can we do changes in the documents (say excel / word), and update it after every save operation?

4. Till what period / stage we can retrieve the drawings and documents from projects.

Please advise.
