You always have an option to select the G/L in marketing documents while you create them.
From the Form Settings, choose G/L Account and mark it Visible and Active, which allows you to choose the G/L Account during creation of the document.

Dear Sir,
"From the Form Settings, choose G/L Account and mark it Visible and Active, which allows you to choose the G/L Account during creation of the document."
1)This is working fine in SALES AR side- solved my problem.
2)BUT for PURCHASE AP side ,we are not able to change GL account.
what is solution for it.
BR,
Mahesh.
Mahesh,
This is a very relevant and common scenario in most of the indian smb market. Please note that it has to be managed by having two seperate WHs and there you define the seperate the accounting.
Other major function is the inventory management and stock valuation will also be maintained seperatel, as there is a price difference and cost change in trade and manufacturing types of transaction for the same item. Keeping in the same WHs will generate a unified item cost.
Please donot forget to "set gl accounts by ware house"
Regards
Raj
Set the G/L Account on the warehouse level.
Define 1 warehouse with revenue account to the "trading sale" and the other to the "manufacturing sale"
Thx,
