which is advance over MM
its CRM OR SRM????
Hi Lokesh,
CRM is nowhere related to MM. MM (Material Management encompasses purchasing, inventory management and Invoice verification) whereas CRM is customer relationship management. Actually SRM is advanced version of MM although it does not cover all the areas of MM. SRM does not cover logistics part of MM (goods movement) which is cvered under SCM.
I hope, it helps you.
Regards,
Ranjan
