Meaning of 'Error changing to status RELP, System status CMPL is active'

Hi,

We're on SRM 5.0 using the extended classic scenario.

Occasional one of the steps (TS14007956 - Set Purchase Order to Released) in WS14000077 fails with the following error message 'Error changing to status RELP, System status CMPL is active'.

Can someone explain what it means?

were you able to resolve this issue ? I am having same issue in SRM. In our case, User has created a

Purchase Order in SRM and got replicated to R/3. User did, service entry sheet and posted invoice.

Now, all these documents are reversed and PO should be open to change.

While Changing a payment term of PO in SRM, it goes to awaiting approval. When we looked at workflow log, we found following error.

Error changing to status RELP, System status CMPL is active

Please reply if you have found a solution.

Hi

This is the problem with account assignment. Please check the changes made for the accout assignemnt which you have entereid in the system.

Would you be able to provide additional information?

I checked the backend ERP system and the two IOs that are used on the PO are in REL status in ERP. In this case the user changed the PO, they set the final invoice indicator in SRM in order to release the PO commitments in the backend system.

See the change log of the Account asssignement, If it is active then change the po with and order agian by selecting the local in output then it status will change.
