Changes in QM module

Dear Expert,

what are the changes do we make when a new management/ new owner comes to a company? they want to use the existing SAP but they are looking for some change in the plant codes, master data etc., please explain me that what kind of changes that we do in QM module during these situations.

Dear Geshy,

In this case, do the following steps

1. List out the plant code your new management separately.

2. Move all the QM master data (MIC, Inspection method, Equipment master etc...) to new plant code.

3. Remaining all the process which is related to QM which take care by respective consultant.
