MSSQL 2016 solution manager system monitoring

Hi all,

Any one have any idea how we can get the system monitoring template for MSSQL 2016 uploaded into solution manager 7.2? I've updated the content to the latest for SP03, still no luck, any one out there experiencing the same issue? noticed the list only goes up to 2014

Hello Christopher,

Can you please update to latest content in step 2.7 of Technical Monitoring. SQL 2016 has been added to available product versions and should be available in all support packages now.

Hi Ruth,

I know it's been a while, was wondering do you know which content it was delivered with? I have updated it till sp9, but I still can't see SQL2016. unless I am updating it incorrectly? currently I am uploading the package manually: RCSU_MANUAL_UPLOAD(somethings wrong with the auto updating). Then I click update(after which update button becomes grayed out). When i go to template maintenance I see a new Hana db being introduced, but MSSQL is still the same as the screenshot I have given. Any clues?

For Manual Upload of Content, please see:

The user will need to go to the Rapid Content Delivery application and download the Support Packages manually by selecting the required Support Package and clicking on "Download".

The SAR file will be downloaded to user specified location

User can manually upload the SAR file by running a report program “RCSU_MANUAL_UPLOAD”
