Enhance User Exit for ML84 to include Deleted Service Entry Sheets

Hi Gurus

In order to included deleted service entry sheets in the results set for transaction ML84, we will need to provide logic in the User Exit. We may also need to add the deletion indicator to the result set so that users can see which lines have been deleted and which have not when the execute the report.

Please provide the user exit name for this.
