Xcelsius 2008 - Open Options Greyed Out

What would cause the open options to be greyed out in Xcelsius 2008? I had no issues yesterday when I was using the software. I am also not able to add any components to a blank canvas. Double clicking on an existing presentation to open causes the application to hang on the 'Loading Canvas' window.

I am up to date with the latest fixpack. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even deleted out the following registry entries:

- MyComputer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Business Objects\Suite 12.0\Xcelsius

- MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Business Objects\Xcelsius.

Xcelsius runs fine on my coworkers machine.

Thoughts?

Figured out the issue. Somehow my adobe flash player driver got corrupted. I realized that I couldn't open up any of the flash file presentations either. I reinstalled the driver and everything is working again.
