Service Desk - Timesheet



We would like that the Service Desk attendant could take note of the time he spent in each activity during the message resolution, so that we could create a timesheet with the time spent for each attendant, message, client and other information in the message resolution process.

It doesn't look like that the standard Service Desk can handle it, so I was wondering what could be the best way of creating seach functionality.

How are you people handling this?
