ERMS

Hi,

The CRM config. for ERMS is set up properly and working fine in the CRM client. However, in BI, no emails are being extracted by the ERMS extractor, 0CRM_ERMS_ITEMS. Has one extracted ERMS data to BI. If so, is there additional config involved for this extractor to work?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Hello all,

Has one extracted ERMS data to BI? If so, is there any additional config involved apart from the CRM config to send and receive e-mails?

    Any input is appreciated.

    Thanks.

I am having the same problem.

Everything is extracted to BI, except the contact person and customer fields

Even though they are used in CRM ERMS.

Does someone know how to solve this?

      thnx in advance!

    Hi Praveen,

Can you help me out in this /

We need to analyze the email content and search the keywords we predefined in category modeler when receiving an email. And if the keyword matches, restore the matched categories to ERMS workflow Fact-Base. Then the ERMS could call other services to create service ticket based on the matched categories.

But now the returned matched categories are always empty even though the email content actually matches the keywords, we guess this may be due to the configuration of category modeler and the TREX search engine.

Have you ever touched those area? Any suggestion or information will be highly appreciated.
