ERMS

Hi,

The CRM config. for ERMS is set up properly and working fine in the CRM client. However, in BI, no emails are being extracted by the ERMS extractor, 0CRM_ERMS_ITEMS. Has one extracted ERMS data to BI. If so, is there additional config involved for this extractor to work?
