Enhancing infotype 0491

i need to add three fields to this infotype.

Can someone explain me how to do this?

Does functional consultant does this r the ABAP er does this?

You can enhance through PM01. Basically you will add the fields to the CI_P0491 structure and then generate ZP049100 Pool Module to control the subscreen. This is more of an ABAPER job, as there might be some coding envolved, specially if those three fields are for examples codes with descriptions and so on. There is a little bit of customizing envolved also, nothing to much, T582C is needed to associate the ZPNNNN00 pool module to the MPNNNN00, besides that it's pretty straight forward.
