    Hello Julia,

If your enterprise operates on mySAP ERP 2005 (ECC 6.0),

then you are required to employ SAP Print Forms by Adobe, rather than

SAPscript forms... mySAP ERP 2005 customers can only employ SAPScript

forms if it is necessary to reprint tax forms for prior years.

For tax year 2006, no SAPscript forms are delivered with

mySAP ERP 2005, SAP deliver PDF format as default.

    Hoping this information helps.

    Kind regards,

    Graziela

    Julia :

Until you have ADS connection set up to process PDF, you might be able to use existing W2 Sapscript by extending its validity date in V_T5UX7 (SM31 to this view for molga 10, form 'HR_F_W2' ).

    Rgds.

    Thanks,

I tried to change the validity date that didnot work. I guess we have to use the correct form.
